HOUSE 1: HORTICULTURIST'S HEAVEN THOUSAND OAKS
California natives, passive water retention system, exceptionally eco-friendly, "Certified Wildlife Habitat, plus exhibits on "Poisonous Plants" and "Irrigation Efficiency & Savings".
HOUSE 2: TRANQUIL OASIS THOUSAND OAKS
French Normandy-style formal and informal gardens, Carrara marble statues, infinity pool, panoramic views, 200-year-old oaks, fountains, orchards plus an exhibit "Where Would We Be Without Bees" and unique gardenesque boutique and plant sales.
HOUSE 3: A RAINBOW GARDEN WESTLAKE VILLAGE
Heritage river birch specimen trees surrounded by a variety of colorful flowers, rose trellis entry, steep hillside planted with sage, crape myrtle, olive trees, yucca and daylilies, a wall fountain and barbeque center with eating center encircled by roses.
HOUSE 4: DOWNSLOPE CHALLENGE WESTLAKE VILLAGE
Roses, three-tiered fountain, eating-area arbor, ceramic poolside-art, 180 degree view of Santa Monica mountains, fruit trees, and steep-slope solution of interlocking retaining block beds filled with layers of cactus, grasses and succulents plus an exhibit "Monarch Butterfly Restoration".
HOUSE 5: OUTDOOR RETREAT THOUSAND OAKS
A Nick Williams design featuring a series of outdoor "rooms" with outdoor kitchen, fireplaces, firepits, outdoor TV's, free-form spa and boulders, strategically-placed trees and flowers, designer lighting plus an exhibit "The Garden, Before and After" by Nick Williams.
